Nose already quite advanced for its age: earthly, notes of soy, cooked beet on top of dried fruit. On the palate, silky tannins, high acidity, decent finish. Drink within 3 to 5 years.

Mt Tabor Fine Wines Red Burgundy Tasting (Mt Tabor Fine Wines): Strawberries all the way... not just the berry, the rest of the plant too. Plenty of subtlety as well... herbs, earth. Would like to spend some time with a whole bottle and get to know this one. Assertive. Full bodied. Nice legs. What's not to like here?

This was opened for Wineberserkers week of Gevrey. Popped and let it sit for an hour. Took a small pour to get some more air into the bottle. Drinking great right from the start. Medium light in color, nose of vibrant red berries. Lighter bodied in style, palate of nice pinot fruit with strong acidity, tannins present but not overpowing, good texture. This is not super complex, but a delicious drink nonetheless. Great bottle for the $40 I paid for it. Alas, my last bottle.

I sometimes forget what a great value Jadot is across its portfolio. There are numerous producers with greater cachet, but is there another domaine that offers such great juice at reasonable tariffs? Opened and followed over 2 days. Medium color, raspberries, orange peel with a nice acidic backbone. Fantastic. $40 and worth every penny. 07's are drinking so nice right now.

PnP light on it's feet, sweet raspberry, a bit of earth and spice. Just a really great all around Burgundy.
