  On first Attack the bitterness of the tannins is overwhelming. Waiting and airing is help it a lot.
  Oak monster is seating beside me here...
  Definitely getting g better with airtime, but it would most likely take a lot of time.
  For sure needs food... I would say a nice wine for a heavy lamb chunck....
