What a value and a half!! Obviously needing time but this is starting to show the gorgeous rose petal and Asian spice character that Vosne is based on! Rich, ample but with aromas that slowly come out to play with bits of Smokey herbs, mineral, hedgerow and licorice. Fine tannins with juicy acidity and spicy texture. This should age quite well over the next 10 years and I would highly encourage waiting. More midpalate fat develops with air time. PATIENCE. 90-91 (+)? Upside potential.

PopnPour, tasted over 2 hrs, bottle from secondary market -med red mild/moderate bricking -sweet cherry sousbois tobacco leaf dried flower -med/med+ acidity, med/med+ weight simple faded ripe sweet cherry earthy spice, med slightly dried out tannins give a distinctly rustic note -fully mature and maybe on the slow decline with the dried out tannins though there is still plenty of stuffing and not a lot of overtly mature elements, shows the ripe red-fruited profile of the vintage and complexity correlating with village level but seems more Gevrey than Vosne

Mature robe. Beautiful Pinot nose; elegant fruit, some sauvage, baking spices - like a savory baked apple. Well balanced on the palate. Good QPR at $30. Quality for a villages.

Decanted for an hour. Pretty fruity. Mandatory for any Pinot Noir lovers. A classic.
I was expecting more given the price in the local market.
This is ready to be drank.

Very pretty nose but the palate is a little flat, the bottle was probably stored poorly.
