Lemony fruit with chalk, minerals and lanolin mouthfeel. Finishes with bracing acidity, this wine drinks more like a vermentino than Grenache Blanc. Very interesting if not typical.

Popped & poured at cellar temp. not quite cool enough but wonderful just the same. the citrus was something between lychee & grapefruit.great acidity then a soft heavy feel probably more so at this temperature. A little time in the glass & get some vanilla scent. Really yummy. Glad I've got more!

Light straw color. Subtle honeysuckle and mineral nose. Nice entry - medium mouth feel - long finish. Awesome acidity! Extremely well balanced. Almost Chablis like, but more dense. Great focus and transparency. I think another few months in the bottle will really bring this wine into a very good place. This might be the best Rhone-style white wine I've had from California (Peay's are close). It was clear on our trip that Grenache Blanc might be the best white varietal in the Paso Robles area.

Extremely complex. Orange zest, lychee, minerals, creamy macadamia nut and lots of lively acids.
