We're thinking of a dreamsicle here ... that orangey creamy thingy. We had this with leftover baked red snapper filets in olive oil, garlic and creole seasoning and it held up well despite the slight heat of the seasoning. There was citrus and green apple with that creaminess and we liked it despite not being chard people.

Medium straw color, bold nose of apricot and tangy butter. Rich mouthfeel, long finish, stone fruits. Medium oak.
