After a few minutes of sharpness opened fairly quickly. Creamy, buttery, mineral finish, about 15-18 seconds. After 1.5 hours lost a bit of complexity but still very smooth an creamy, more like honey. Delicious 90/91.

Really exquisite and elegant palate impression with white flowers, honey, and butter notes. Crisp acid that just dances. Young and vibrant, but already giving. Very nice.

Frederick Wildman Burgundy Portfolio Tasting (Hotel Monaco, San Francisco): Textbook Meursault. Hazelnut scents, medium weight, great acidity. Fine and elegant.

Apricot, peach. Less crisp and mineral than the chassagne. Butter and oak finish.
