  Il était dans mon frigo depuis l'automne dernier. En première bouche, j'ai cru qu'il était passé dû. Après quelques gorgées sur le patio devant mon étang aux poissons rouges, il a repris de la chair. Avec des crevettes épicées à la Montignac, il s'est avéré correct, mais avec un fromage cheddar extrafort âgé de 18 mois, il s'est révélé un savoureux compagnon.

  Strawberries for days on the nose. Similarly, the initial attack on the palate is strawberries but it then transitions to more serious mineral notes finished off with a refreshing acidity. Good but not transcendental.
