Quite good, but temperature makes a difference. A refrigerator is definitely too cold, but it warmed up a bit and was very good with chicken roasted with 40 cloves of garlic and thyme.

Aromas of pear, melon, and green apple. Same fruit on the palate with a hint of oak. Buttery and vanilla as well. Very nice acidity to balance it all out.
