Nose of lime leaf, aloe vera, river stones, and gravel. Palate is medium-bodied, slippery, and sweet, yet fresh. Flavours of lime leaf, lemongrass, white pepper, and apricot.

Paired well with pork in a tarragon/white wine sauce (used some of this wine for the sauce). On its own it was initially overtly floral and spicy, but certainly distinctive. Needed food to soften it a little I thought.

Not much acidity left, but yet enjoyable wine, complex with some white flowers and bitter apricot nuts.

Good tropical fruits on the nose, but a bit too oaky for my palate.
