  • Given the price, this wine is well below what one should expect. The nose has aromas of plums and a bit of earth, complicated later by some unpleasant burnt aromas. Smooth and agreeable on the palate. Maybe too smooth & agreeable. Light tannins and acids. It's an OK wine, for sure, but very far from what its price and hype might lead you to expect. If you are ever in a Flemings Steak House, I suggest avoiding this wine. There are lots of better ones on the menu.
