Full-bodied, unctuous, very sweet yet balanced with good acidity. Peach, apricot, caramel, salt, maple syrup, and cream on the palate. Long finish, ~40-45s. Delicious! (430 views) | |

So viscous up front it is absolutely cut away by the piercing acids that lead to a bright yet incredibly persistent finish with roasted glazed apricot, toasted coconut, and chewy, buttery pastry crust notes.
