  Kleur: Opvallend bleekgeel , in het bijzonder voor een Chardonnay. Aroma / bouquet: Atypisch maar aangenaam bouquet van een voor Oostenrijk weinig gebruikelijk druivenras. Onverwacht vitaal bouquet met steenfruit en een vleug tropisch fruit, vooral rijpe ananas. Daarnaast lactisch met indrukken van karnemelk en roomboter. Smaak / Afdronk: Friszure start van een vooral romige en filmende, zachte wijn. Inmiddels 12 jaar oud maar zonder tertiair aroma of smaak van veroudering. Uitstekende balans. Mondvullend maar zacht. Algemeen / potentieel: Aangename maar atypische wijn. Gerijpt, enkele jaren voorbij de 'drinkbaarheidshorizon' maar nog prima drinkbaar. Vraag me af wanneer deze wijn wèl tertiaire aroma's gaat ontwikkelen… 50 + Kleur: 5 + Aroma / bouquet: 11 + Smaak / Afdronk: 15 + Algemeen / potentieel: 7 = 88/100
