  • Almost white colour. Next to zero fruit in the nose, if at all there's some banana, lemon and grapefruit. It has a fresh and salty ocean-breezy air and almost reminds me of a good Muscadet from a cool year. There's also some noble elegance. On the palate, the wine is great. Again, there's no fruit, but a lot of stony minerality and slate dust. In the middle, it's a bit flat and watery. The finish is great again in a chalky-dusty and slightly salty note and a mouth-filling, but well integrated acidity. Zero grams of fat on this, very lean. A wine for ascetics.

  • Aromas of apples and pears with a hint of tropical fruit. On the palate cool, citrussy freshness. Pleasant. Little concentration, good acidity. Quite short. Everyday wine.
