good drink again. Popped and poured and it showed no signes of Ox. Probably could have gone another year or two, but not sure if it had anything else to gain. Would only buy again in unique vintages like 2008.

Pale straw. Nicely mineral with a faint touch of toasted hazelnut. Similar on the palate. Nice line, good underlying material and some extract without losing the elegance. Showed well over three evenings as an aperitif. Good. ***

Quite surpised to find this poxed. If indeed that is a permitable designation for a 2007 Bourgogne blanc. Certainly far more advanced that it should be, with a tired soft caramel and aldehydic character that is not pleasant. A recent bottle of the Fichet aligote from this vintage was certainly mature but in much better shape.

Yellow colour. Pastry, biscuit on nose. Similar flavour with lemon and a touch of minerality. Not quite as good as former bottles - perhaps getting a little too old.

Surprising fresh and no sign of premox. Round, delicious and enjoyable now.
