Very nice complement to Tom's Pasta from "The School of Essential Ingredients". Nice color that brings to mind the delicate fruit you taste from the start. Smooth finish. Nice, light color and intersting nose.

I like the nose on this, a blend of red berries and some stinky earth. I'd prefer a little more dirt on the nose, but this will do. Very dry on the palate, really needs food. Very tight flavors of dark cherry and cassis. Tannic on the back end. ($13)

Dark ruby red. Strawberry and spice in a muted nose. Raspberries, somewhat tart cherries, leather, soft woody tannins, and a medium finish. Needed a good amount of air before it opened up, then it was pretty good.
