nice wine with both new and old world elements, nose was cherries and dusty road with a touch of jolly roger on night two, palate had grip and acid in size, tannins low, dried cherries and pot pouri with some earthy/leathery elements, not a buy for me at the price
This was a gift from my friend that we enjoyed very much. Surprisingly dark color with a complex nose of dried cherry, earth and oak. Palate: Upon opening, more dried cherry, earth, some oak and dusty red cherry. After decanting for an hour, it revealed more complexity and was absolutely delicious with a grilled ribeye. Long finish. A winner for sure and seemed to have plenty of life left. 92+

(Altagracia) Super aromatic complexity on the nose. Fresh ground coffee, boysenberry, blueberry, earth and minerals on the hugely expansive nose. Not a blockbuster but so supple and elegant. Great fruit and unbelievable balancing acidity. Beautifil texture with an appealing bitter coffee ground finish.
