  Deep golden color on the pour. Oxidized, honeycomb/sherry notes on the nose. Opening up to creamy bees honey, key lime and honeysuckle, but still showing sharp acid on the finish. Incredible balance between the old, oxidized notes and the fresh green grape and peach notes. Just opening up more with time...Wow!
