  - Garnet color with medium forming legs and aromas of smokey, bacon, cedar, cherry and dusty. It's balanced and has flavours of cherry, smokey, bacon and cedar with a medium body. Polished texture with a medium finish.

  I have enjoyed this wine in 2010 and still love it today. To me this is a very interesting and balanced offering from another great Sta. Rita Hills Vineyard. Probably in a crossing over stage between early year candy and cola notes to more secondary flavors. A little tar, leather, and eucalyptus on the nose. Some red fruits and herbs on the palate. I really like it and don't really see any of the negatives that the previous reviewer states. Great stuff in my opinion.
