  Textbook provençal rosé, grown a stone's throw from the mediterranean. 60% cinsault vieilles vignes, the rest grenache, syrah and carignan. Pale peach/pink hue, like a 30's satin dress. Very mineral nose with blood orange, strawberries, herbs and rose petals. Dry, elegant taste with fresh acidity and salty mineral finish (fennel, aniseed). Excellent! To buy by the case...
