  Appearance;
  
  Clear, medium color intensity
  Lemon gold and daybright
  
  Nose:
  
  Clean, medium plus intensity
  Lime, unripe pineapple, grass, asparagus
  
  Palate:
  
  Dry to off dry- entry is sweet but acidity balances well. Crisp old world style white
  Honey, peach, pears, asparagus, grassy
  Medium finish
  
  Conclusions:
  
  This is a very nice example of a clean generic Bordeaux blend- crisp and refreshing with just enough complexity to pair with shellfish, oysters on the half shell, salad with vinaigrette.
