Asturias, King of the Road Says You Move Too Slow; 9/2/2020-9/5/2020 (Gijón - España): One 5 year from the sixties. It has evolved so much that nowadays it is somewhere between an elder oloroso and a rancid Rivesaltes with a small drop of sweetness. The oxidative nose is delicious and the bitterness is in the mouth. Served blind and well-guessed.
Un quinto año de los sesenta. Ha evolucionado tanto que en la actualudad se sitúa entre un oloroso viejo y un rancio de Rivesaltes con una pequeña gota de dulzor. Delicioso la nariz oxidativa y los amargor es en boca. Servido a ciegas y bien adivinado.

Pale colour, golden tints. Full and plenty on the nose, generous pineapple, citrus notes. The palate is substantial, it has that smooth character, gorgeous apricot flavour, lingering sweetness. Did great as an aperitif, paired with tapas, enjoy it.

Clear pale yellow color. Peach, minerals, citrus and cream all show on the nose. Full in the mouth with light sweetness and medium acidity. Peaches, light citrus, some white flowers and maybe pear. A bit austere as far as flavors though quite tasty and pleasant enought for casual drinking. 3/5

Nice pale yellow with steely highlights. Kind of an earthy nose like a ripe brie, almost a light banana thing, and some peach. Medium body with a light sweetness that lingers on the finish. Sweet fruit and fresh peach with a light mineral/herbal note that hides in the background. Not bad table quaffer. C4+A11+T15+O6=86
