  Consistent with previous TN. Excellent wine drinking very well right now. Does need some air time to open up.

  This was decanted for 3 hours and rebottled. Flowers and red cherry on the nose with a hint of game. Beautiful red cherry and cranberry fruit on the palate with notes of smoked meat, spice and crushed rocks. Really well balanced with a perfect level of acidity to complement the fruit. This fleshed out over the course of 4 or 5 hours as the fruit profile became darker and notes of smoke and stone became evident on the nose and on the palate. The finish was about 30 seconds with moderate tannins. This will clearly improve with more cellar time. Not cheap at around $75 but i think i will buy more. Would love to have a few of these to follow over the coming years. Outstanding wine.

  consumed at Bonsoiree. opened for 2 hours during dinner an finished two days later. very nice burgundy with plenty of limestone and earth to go with the fruit. This stands to improve significantly in time.
