  2008 DOMAINE WILLIAM FEVRE CHABLIS GRAND CRU- tasted blind; medium yellow; honey and toast dominate the nose followed by delicious lemon zest with a little must served up in a creamy texture; very taste sensory pleasing; I wanted to call this CA, but kept going for FR= lucky guess.

  Greenish gold colour, grapefruit aroma.and medium bodied Silky texture. wih a long finish. This wine is very enjoyable now but there is no rush to drink it.

  Great cut and freshness in this AOC level domaine bottling from Fevre. Don't get any in a paper cut! The citrus will kill you. Really nice way to liven up one of the dog days of August.
