Poured light gold with a green tinge. Fine mousse, soon subsiding. Nose of apple, yeast, lemon, toffee. Secondary development I associate with an aged Meursault. In the mouth, weight, creamy, nutty, then apples and something tropical. Acidity medium and gave a line through the fat profile. Finish was long and developing something savoury. Aftertaste was delightful. Close to best ever white. Shame I've no more.
Best bottle yet. Starting to show some secondary notes. Apple, spice, some brioche. Beautiful palate, so well balanced with a lingering finish. I'm holding my other bottles, as it seems to be getting better...although hard to keep my hands off of now.
Out of mag again.... Thought the wine showed even better. a deep round wine that pairs super well with food right now. Kind you find more precision sure but not sure it would taste as good as this does right now.
