  Mushroomy, earthy apple nose with a hint of coconut. Good flavour replays; frothy with a fresh finish.

  Decent enough Chenin based Loire Cremant. Medium gold color. Nose was better than flavor. Faded fast though.
  
  70% Chenin, 15% Cabernet Franc, 15% Chardonnay.

  One of my favorite $15 sparklers. Bend of Chenin, Chardonnay, and Cab Franc. More yeasty and brioche flavored. Bright and moderately high acid.
