When I poured this wine I was afraid it was oxidized based on the color. It was actually pretty good with parchment paper halibut. I am trying to drink up all of my white burgundy wines.

My first of three. I like the Tonnerre better. This bottle was good with parchment paper baked halibut but it may have suffered from some early effects of premox.

Classic Chablis - Well balanced, apple on the nose with a hint of hazelnut, waxy, with a great ripe limon acidity on the finish. Very good!
