I've been told NOT to breath Savannah-Chanelle Pinots. Pop and pour, they say. I'm not sure this explains my recent problems though because some did seem to improve over time.
With smoked salmon, a full flavored, ripe berry Pinot with some dark background and smoke. Perhaps the fish was too strong.
Winery Tasting: Burgundian style, deep, dark fruit with smoky aromas and flavors. A food Pinot.
