Thoroughly, surprisingly enjoyable. Has strong secondary notes, but with fresh fruit elements, mostly on palate, clearly present, and decent, not bright, acidity holding it together. On a plateau’ed peak? Not sure where remaining 3 bottles are, but will now search for them.

PnP. Even more expressive than last year. Strong, appealing pinot funk (brett?) and deep cherry aromas with spicy forest floor. Palate has quite weighty layered red fruit with a noticable licorice element, mocha and spice. Soft tannins and decent acidity. Leans well towards Cali pinot style, but with lots of expression and good balance. Sorry this was my last bottle as I think this is still heading up. 92+

Very well balanced! Not the type of Pinot for those thst demsnd a lot of fruit. This wine is much better. Burgundian style. minerals and fruit and a finish that lingers. Decanted 30 minutes.

Leans ever so slightly slightly towards Burgundy, but a little too much cherry cola to get there. All in all, a pleasant bottle of wine that has some life left.

Decanted 2 hours (really didn't need it). Very similar to last year's bottle except I would call this more of a deeper cherry red. Still with gorgeous pinot funk and bright cherries on the nose. Palate is quite full bodied with layered fruit and spiney tannins and acidity. Unchanged really from a year ago, so I am guessing this has a long life ahead.
