  Dark ruby red colour; I would not have guest the age. Nose of black cherry, blackberry, iodine, black olive, and prune on the nose. All the same flavours on the palate but bitter tannins dominate at the end. Little heat shows at the moderate long finish. Enjoyable but could use more finesse.

  It takes an hour or 2 of air, but watch out Musigny. Complex black cherry and cranberry fruit flavors emerge from a substantial structure and solid body. Luk Morlet is a great winemaker.

  Rich and full bodied, nice dark fruit, good+ finish...keep it cool so the alcohol doesnt dominate.

  A well-made, full-bodied pinot that seems to be inching past its prime. Generous fruit (e.g., black cherry, cranberry, prune), earthy secondary notes (e.g., pine, eucalyptus, mushroom, bell pepper), with dose of vanilla and cedar. Purple in color. 14.5% alcohol. Somewhat muted nose, with hints of licorice and bay leaf. Drink now.
