Still pretty primary, but drinking nicely with a good balance of exuberant fruit and darker barrel notes with zippy acids and subdued tannins. Polished and squeaky clean, it stood up well to skirt steaks with chimichurri.

If you have it, drink it. This wine is ready to roll. No flaws. No sediment. Perfect cork, great color and crystals. Moderate rim variation. Great florals. Great nose. Perfect cabernet. Low tannin and acid. Medium alcohol. Long finish. Paired perfectly with grilled filet mignon on the green egg. At Peak. This is a beast of a wine. Enjoy.

Decanted for 1.5 hours. Lots of sediment in the bottle. Rich dark fruit, hints of vanilla. Really opened and evolved over the next three hours.
