Notes from day 2. Opaque crimson with significant bricking. Strong barnyard and cherry nose. Dry, strong tannins and finish. Cherry, cola, well balanced and structured, drinking well.

Smelled like a Cameron, tasted like a Cameron, so it must be a Cameron! I recommend decanting for a couple hours and leaving half the bottle for the next day. On the next day the complexity really comes out, but there is still a touch of funk.

Impressive. A crowd favorite on Thanksgiving. On the nose immediately shows as a Cameron with just a touch of trademark funk. On the palate plenty of fruit, balance, and length. Dark fruits with a bit of dirt and mushroom. Extra shitty!

Solid funk on the nose upon first opening the bottle, with some time this blew off. Not nearly as funky as recent bottles of 07 Arley's, but still quite pronounced.
Some earth, forest etc after funk blew off, then a nice elegant bottle of pinot underneath. Drank alongside 06 Lafarge Volnay, the difference was clear but both great bottles of wine.

Notes from day 2. Dark red in color. Nose of raspberry, strawberry, a dose of cameron funk. Palate of tart cherry, strawberry, cranberry, forest floor, funk, with a little spice. The finish was above average in length with the velvety tannin present, the balance was excellent with really good acidity, and the mouthfeel was exceptional as all Cameron's are. Was good on day 2, but had a bit more punch on day 1. One of the best under 25$ bottles of pinot I have ever had, wife gave it a 91, but I can't go that far. Drink or hold. 50+5+12+16+7
