Solid performer. Lots of green apple and spice notes, especially cinnamon. Dosage feels a touch high for my taste, so serve chilled if you want to lessen that sensation of sweet. Very enjoyable though.

2019 base, disgorged early 2023. Complex and delicious. Combines the best of a floral and citrusy champagne with toasty and nutty notes. The large amount of reserve wines in the blend really shows through, as does the low dosage. A contender for my favorite champagne.
