  A perfectly mature bottle. Its colour was transparent yet deep garnet with brick red at the rim. Nose was open and fragrant reminiscent of wild herbs, tobacco and leather. Had medium weight in the mouth with refresing acidity and still tannic. A food wine on par with a great mature bordeaux at its peak at a fraction of the price. I wouldn't wait more for it though it could stay well for several more years.
