  A flight of 4 Chardonnays: Tasted Chanson Pere & Fils Meursault Village 2013 (developed in the glass, ended up beeing the best of the 4. Perfect right now - classical Meursault, rich but not too rich with stone fruit, toast and balanced acidity. Drink it now! - it's not getting better in the coming years. 91/100). The last bottle was Kistler Noiseteers 2016 (Richer than the Bourgogne bottles, which were more elegant. 90/100).

  This bottle was more developed than the one I drank 4 months ago which was on the very top. Classical P-M but with beginning oxidative notes in the background (sherry like). Drink now not suitable for further ageing

  Perfect, on the very top. High acidity, apricot, peach, lemon, honey, toast and butter. Classic rich but distinct and well defined 1.cru Bourgogne from P-M. I love it. No premox at all.

  This is in an absolutely great spot at the moment. The scents are straight hazelnuts, dried apricots and honey. Flavors are immense: apple pie, graham crackers, pineapples, rocks, still clean acid but a defined richness. This is what White Burgundy is about. Can it hold up more? I’d say the acid provides another 3-7 years, but it’s so good already.
