  My last bottle of the Perrieres by Etienne Sauzet and every single bottle impressed me tremendously.
  Light golden and yellow colour. On the nose citrus, honey and a hint of flowers (acacia?). On the palate citrus yet again, apple (grannysmith) and a bit mineral. Impressive length and in a perfect drinking spot, maybe even a bit on the decline. So drink up.....

  Deep golden color. ?? hint of premox. Pineapple, lemons, peach aromas quite tropical. Nice fruit with good minerality. Excellent finish.

  Pretty much exactly how you want your white burgundy to turn out after a suitable spell in the cellar. Harmony, persistence, restrained opulence paired with unrestrained elegance. Graceful and supremely satisfying. Decanted and aired at 10 degrees C. for about 45 minutes.
