Salmon pink, medium intensity, relatively large bubbles. Developed medium(-) intensity nose with some bread and red berries. On the palate experienced as dry although the presence of a slight sweetness. Medium(+) rounded acidity. Medium body. 12,5%. Foamy mousse. Fruity with lots of red ripe berries. Good length. Easy drinking and nice with good QPR.

Perfectly serviceable for $13 at Whole Foods. Though I’ve had some bottled aged 3 years after purchasing a case for an event thst never happened, this was a new buy while doing groceries. Nothing wrong with it just not much interest or flavor in this one.

Creamy mouthfeel, red berries, strawberries, fresh mineral finish. Fun and good quality crémant at a good price.
