  • This wine has evolved into something totally different in a bit over 3 years time. It now has Charlopin Parizot signature in it. It has become darker, richer and deeper. Very nice opening, improved middle but still weak in finishing. However it matched perfectly with the grilled sausages that we are having. Bottle breathed for about an hour.

  • Excellent color! Very attractive red which is similar to Chateau Margaux. Nose is excellent too, with sweet rose, candy and rasberry. Taste is also not bad but less impressive. Pretty short finsihing. Medium to full body for Bur standard. The draw back is that the taste is pretty one dimensional. Very easy and elegant wine. Other probem is that I decanted for 1 hour, but it died after 2 hour. Probably just bottle breath for 30 to 45 mins is enough. I am buying 1 or 2 more bottle to age, and try to see the difference.
