  Somewhat thin but fruity enough , not typical Pommardreflecting the year but other 07s I have had have been less thin , almost watery.

  Elegant. Well balanced and almost feminine in character, in contrast to the few other Pommards I’ve had to date. Held up remarkably well over the course of 3-4 days after opening. Likely has many years left.

  Glorious wine for those that like pure, classic Burgundy. True ruby color that’s full of cherry fruit, earth and dried fennel. The slightest hint of cafe au lait? Medium bodied and high toned - a bit wild with tangy edges and a rugged bit not heavy texture. Pure, unadulterated pinot noir. I love this wine but note the style. If you like full, veloptuous pinot, this is not for you. (93)
