Explosive nose of grapefruit and passion fruit. Carries on through to the palate. Possibly at its most vibrant within an hour of opening. After that the long finish becomes slightly creamier and has a edge of bitterness. If it had continued in the same vein as the first hour, this would have been one of the most complete wine adventures of my Riesling life. It didn’t, but it is still very very good.

Regular dinner group (@ MH): In the bouquet beautiful impressions of minerals and smoke. Same on the palate. Ripe yellow fruits, white fruits, minerals and beautiful acidity.

Dobbeltdekantert og 2 t i karaffel. Strågul. Lett tropisk nese iblandet sitron og mineraler. Deilig avrundet munnfølelse med eple- og pærepreg. Ikke like tung på labben som f.eks 05 og 07. Meget elegant og balansert. Lang finish.
