(12.5%) 100% Pinot Noir - Great, light color with fresh, red currants on the nose. Soft and approachable on the palate with tart cherry fruit on a dry backbone with nice tannins, acidity and balance on the finish. A lively, enjoyable wine this is fairly priced at $17. My only bone to pick, as $17 is beyond my typical range, is that this one is on the simple side. Given that, though of perfect quality, I find myself expecting a bit more complexity despite my overall satisfaction with the wine.

Light ruby/red color. Fresh aromas of cherry and currant. Medium-full bodied with fine tannins, fresh fruit and a nice acidity balance. Medium finish.
A lively pinot, perhaps slightly one-dimensional.
