this bottle was singing. the best of the four bottles of this wine I have consumed. the verve of this wine driven by the bright acidity was balanced by beautiful aged secondary flavors and long. awesome

Pale straw yellow in color, bright and clear. Apples and pear on the nose, hints of honeysuckle. Opened more over the course of several hours. Quite delicious, tropical fruits and apples on the palate, good balance, though not huge or overly luscious. Expected a little more structure, but refreshing and makes you want to drink more. A very good wine.

Decanted and poured back in, let sit for 7 hrs. Bright golden with a perfectly centered aroma of pear, orchard fruit, smoke and just a hint of lemon verbena. Really lovely nose that echos the palate, with orange rind, steel, slate but all folded into the mid palate of in season fruit. I drank half the bottle before I knew it. This is exactly why I will never buy white Burgundy again, this wine was delicious but could have gone another 10-15 yrs. But Premox fear has me drinking all of them way too young. Lame.

in a really good place...11 years have given this wine complexity through secondary flavors combined w still good acidity and really solid mouthfeel.
