Medium intensity, developing, mineral – stone, perfume, toast, citrus – grapefruit and green apple
Medium acid, low tannin, medium minus body, medium flavour intensity, tart citrus – grapefruit – that dissipates leaving a warm (medium alcohol) finish. Nah
