Light, slightly lifted nose with vanilla, chalk and some bitterness. Elegant, a bit restrained on the palate, creamy texture with intense grapefruitiness in the background. Very long, rich, citrus aftertaste and slightly spicy minerality.

Pretty good length and nice acidity on the finish. Slightly off balance on the finish.

Not quite as good as the last bottle (3.5 years ago), but still very good. Crisp but not at all acidic.
Very traditional Chablis.

Unfortunately, a little from memory, but impressive, what 1er cru should be. Strong flavors, but very well balanced. No need to rush on this one.
