Straw colour that quickly changes to gold. Nose began as quite savory with a Gouda/cheddar edge, mature but showy. Savory notes begin to yield to overripe mango and some yellow florals. A fun spicy honey note throughout. On the palate this is also savory, dense and very rich. Viscous. Light nut notes developing as well. Very flavorful through a long and strong finish. Not tired per se, but definitely advanced and mature.

Medium gold in color. Amazing aged notes and rich fruit. Acidity is a little lacking but no signs of premox. A rare treat indeed.
