Rich tobacco-inflected berry fruit on the nose and palate. Did remind me of a right-bank Bordeaux as much as of a Sangiovese but still delicious, and the oak seems (judging from other notes) finally to have integrated.

Dark fruit on the nose with wood and pine needle complexity. Balanced palate, intense, good acidity and ripe tannins. Touch of wood remains on the finish but I think it will integrate. Give it one more year.

Hints of cork at opening. Jammy fruit in spite of age. Too much wood
