  • Golden color. Petrol and apple on the nose. On the palate, there is red apple, petrol, and mineral notes. There is ample acidity in this light bodied wine. Overall, this paired beautifully with cheese foundue and French bread. The wine counteracted the slight bitterness and complimented the cheese.

  • (Alana's) Intense petrol/nail polish remover nose. Underlying citrus rind. Smooth body on the palate, tight acidic body. Kumquat, pear and bitter melon notes. Smooth clean finish with more petrol notes and more citrus. Very delicious and nicely complexity. Well-paired with toreliloni w/ peas and favas. Great pairing w/ veal chop over wilted greens and boar bacon vinaigrette - always a tough item to match.
