After a couple of oxidised bottles, this was a jewel of a wine. Still showing lime fruit coupled with aged biscuit, orange and toast on the nose. The palate was beautifully balanced with great depth and length and now had a richness and complexity only an aged Riesling can show. A privilege to drink.
