Opened 8h prior. Good fruit on the nose with a touch of 'stalk' early. Nice berry fruit with softening tannins. Orange flavours developed on the end taste. Good food wine - better than expected for an '08. Tasted with Simon March (Evington's Wines) at Grand Union Wine Society.

Far away from the '05 level, a muted bouquet, bit lean and a bit sharp in the finish.
