  Fresh ripe red fruits with balanced tannins. Good wine but nothing particularly special. Perhaps has peaked.

  Last of 5 bottles purchased on release.
  Has more than doubled in price at BCLD since then, so this, sadly will be my last time enjoying this cuvée.
  
  Went beautifully with grilled beef tenderloin
  
  Lots of life left in this wine for sure.

  As with many Douro reds this took a long time open to reveal itself. Firm tannins with nice fruit and cigar notes but restrained until 2+ hours and really good on night two
