  Barbecue & ripe Riesling (@Weindorf, Kirchheim): Glass: Gabriel Standard
  Popped and poured. Clear, medium intense and balanced nose. Off-dry, lacks a bit of excitement from acidity. Totally relaxed and balanced wine without any rough edges, but also without excitement. Joyful and easy to drink though. Drink now, no further potential. 89-90

  Drinking quite well at the moment. A touch of spritz on the mouth and sufficient acidity on the finish. Still tasting fresh and lively, perhaps a touch short on the finish, but a great aperitif.
